About the role
We are looking for a semi skilled labourer to join our property repairs team at GSA, the role requires the success applicant to
- Carry out general labouring tasks such as site preparation, clearing waste, moving materials, and assisting trades.
- Complete basic multi trade repairs, which may include: Carpentry (easing doors, fitting skirting), plumbing (unblocking waste), painting & decorating (patch painting, minor surface prep), mould washing and basic groundworks or external upkeep
- Support qualified operatives on larger or more complex jobs.
- Conduct health & safety checks, maintain safe working practices, and use appropriate PPE.
Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.
About you
Experience in a labouring or property maintenance environment.
Basic skills across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, painting, patch plastering).
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong awareness of health & safety.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence
