Job Title: Paint Sprayer
Reports to: Works Manager
Department: Paint Shop
Hours of work: 6-2 / 2-10 (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities
Working inside a paint facility, this role will be working as part of newly formed team; pre-treating and painting large components to meet detailed customer’s specifications. Duties include:
· Preparing work to extremely high standards
· Working to specific production schedules
· Completing all administrative procedures relating to paint area
· Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
· Adhering to COSHH and DSEAR regulations
· Attending meetings as and when needed
· Any other ad hoc duties as may be required within the production environment
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
· Previous experience using conventional and pressure pot application equipment
· Application, masking, prepping and polishing to a high standard
· Experience of using 2 pack solvent and waterborne paint is essential
· Be fully conversant in both written and verbal English
· Able to read and understand engineering drawings and masking instructions
· Ideally has a background in rail/ car finishing industry
