Gymnastics Coach / Head Coach
Gymspire is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Gymnastics Coaches to join our rapidly growing team.
We currently have opportunities available for after-school gymnastics clubs within schools, as well as Head Coach positions within our academies.
Current School Club Vacancies
- Oasis Byron (CR5 2XE) – Thursday After-School Club - £20 per school club
Academy Opportunities
- Head Coach roles available at our East Grinstead and Halstead academies
- Academy roles can be combined with school club hours for suitable candidates
£16-£17.50 per hour for Head Coach (level 2)
About the Role
We are looking for passionate coaches who enjoy teaching children of all ages and abilities in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver structured gymnastics sessions for children
- Lead warm-ups and pulse raisers
- Follow Gymspire class themes and lesson structures
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards
- Set up and pack away gymnastics equipment
- Promote the Gymspire brand professionally and positively
- Safely dismiss gymnasts to parents/carers after sessions
- Lead a team of coaches (Head coach roles)
Requirements
- Aged 16 years or over
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience
- Minimum Level 1 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification for school club roles
- Minimum Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification for Head Coach roles
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and confident working with children
Training & Development
Successful candidates will receive both internal and external training opportunities. Coaches who do not currently hold a Level 2 qualification must be willing to work towards achieving it upon joining.
