Duties
- Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure adherence to organisational standards and procedures
- Coordinate daily activities and manage schedules to optimise operational efficiency
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of activities, performance metrics, and training progress
- Collaborate with other departments to support organisational objectives and initiatives
- Utilise IT systems effectively for reporting, communication, and data management
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries professionally and promptly
- Contribute to the development of organisational policies and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong IT literacy with experience using relevant software applications
- Previous experience in teaching or training roles is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
