Contract Type: Locum or Part time
Hours: 3 days a week, 6 sessions (am + pm)
Salary: dependant on experience, starting from £78,699 (pro rata)

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a GP who is newly qualified and looking to develop their experience within a supportive practice environment. We are happy to discuss a flexible working arrangement, with the role available on either a PAYE basis or as a locum engagement, depending on your preferences and circumstances.
The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced clinical and administrative teams to provide safe, effective and patient-centred care to our registered patient population.
Key responsibilities include:
- As per the agreed practice timetable, the post-holder will make themselves available to perform a variety of duties, such as conducting surgery consultations, handling telephone consultations and queries, and undertaking home visits where required.
- Consulting with patients in line with best clinical practice
- Prescribing safely and appropriately
- On-Call and Duty Cover
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Collaborating with practice staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Adhering to practice policies, clinical guidelines, and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Full GMC registration and license to practice in the UK
- Experience using SystemOne
- Experience working in general practice preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage your own patient caseload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering patient-centred care
- Eligible to work in the UK
