Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time, Term-Time Only)
Primary School: 4 to 11 years old
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham / West London
Pay: £95 – £105 per day (PAYE), depending on experience and qualifications

Zest Education is looking for multiple Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in the Hammersmith & Fulham area. This full-time, term-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting young children to achieve their academic and personal potential.
You will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored academic and pastoral support to pupils within the classroom, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Helping pupils stay focused, confident, and engaged
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based or otherwise)
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine interest in education and pupil development
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
