We are recruiting for a dedicated and passionate individual to join the team as Sous Chef. Live-in is available for the right person.
This position offers an opportunity to use and develop your skills in food preparation and kitchen operations within a dynamic and professional environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and supporting the overall smooth running of the kitchen.
Prior experience in a restaurant or catering setting is required. Your own transport is essential and live-in is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare meals according to specified recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
- Plating and presentation of dishes for service
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety standards
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or cooking within a professional setting is required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different kitchen routines
