Associate Dentist – Isle of Man (Full-Time, Fully Private)
The role
- Full-time Associate Dentist, fully private practice
- Part time will also be considered, with flexibility on days
- Role split across two sites a short distance apart (5 surgeries in total)
- Working pattern can be split across both locations rather than based at one site
- Established patients to inherit

The practice
- Well-equipped across both sites: microscopes, 3D printer for same-day restorations, intraoral scanners
- Great opportunity to use a variety of specialist skillsets
- Mix of private fee-paying patients and an in-house practice plan (maintenance plan)
- Supportive, people-focused team, dentists are encouraged to spend time with patients building strong relationships
Why this role
This is a full-time opportunity in a modern, well-invested private practice, offering a stable environment with great earning potential. The outgoing associate's caseload aside from general private dentistry did include oral surgery (wisdom teeth and more complex extractions) , thus candidates with an interest in oral surgery would find good potential in this area alongside general work. However additional skills are not required for the role, and the practice are keen to consider candidates at all stages in their career who maintain excellent communication with patients, and are looking for long term position.

- Full GDC registration
- Right to work on the Isle of Man without visa/work permit sponsorship required
