The Futures Academy have an exciting new opportunity for a Vocational lecturer, to join the team based at Mk College. The role will involve delivery of Gateway Plastering, Carpentry, Bricklaying, & Painting and Decorating qualifications at Entry Level and Level 1. As a successful Vocational Lecturer, you will truly inspire them and provide learners with a positive learning experience.
This role may involve working within main classroom setting, supporting the vocational team. You will be connecting with students in a professional manner, supporting them with their learning, enabling them to achieve success through not only qualifications, but developing the confidence and softer skills that they can apply to employment as well as other areas of education. We are seeking an individual who can communicate well with students, inspire, and motivate them. The average class consists of 18 students. Your lessons will need to be adaptable, innovative, and imaginative. Learners will benefit from your invaluable hands-on experience and gain the knowledge they need to enter the building trade whilst learning in a safe and industry standard environment.
