Hours of Work: 34 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with a 3.00pm finish on a Friday.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team on a full time basis. We will also consider job share. You will play a key role in supporting the day to day administration function of the operations and finance team.
Main Duties
- Handling incoming telephone calls and customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Monitoring of the orders and admin inbox.
- Validating order information and following up on any missing details.
- Creating and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing job packs and associated paperwork.
- Arranging delivery times with customers.
- Processing purchase orders and goods received notes.
- Supporting month end invoicing processes.
- Maintaining accurate records for filing of documentation.
- Undertake other adhoc duties as required to support the finance manager.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and reactive environment.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Experience in Sage 50 Accounts. (Desirable)
- Team player with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Customer focused with a commitment to delivering excellent services.
Pay: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
