Lunette is a new restaurant opening on the 11th floor of 180 The Thames, and we’re looking for talented Waiters/Waitresses to join our opening team.
We are looking for experienced people with a considered approach to service. The role centres on presenting our seasonal, evolving menu with clarity and confidence.

- Efficiency in all aspects of service and adeptness in multitasking
- Fine dining experience ideal, but not essential
- Keen to learn and support others
About Lunette:
Led by chef Florence Knight, Lunette is a restaurant overlooking the River Thames from the landmark 180 The Thames building. The menu follows the seasons, working closely with growers, farmers and producers to celebrate exceptional ingredients with clarity, precision and restraint. The dining room is designed for around 30 guests at a time, with dinner served over two sittings each evening. Alongside a thoughtful wine programme, Lunette will offer a carefully considered selection of teas, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks, all approached with the same level of care as the food.

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
