Job Title : Customer Account Executive
Location: Belfast
Responsible to : Customer Services Manager
Job Purpose :
The role within the Customer Service Department includes a client facing role with filing and administrative duties. You will act as a direct link between our customers and the company while ensuring that all filing and documentation storage procedures are followed.
Roles & Responsibilities
1 Filing of product specifications and job bags
2 Raising internal product specifications which will be used for manufacturing purposes
3 Processing purchase orders & raising internal job bags for production
4 Ensuring that all relevant information is communicated to the customer & internally
5 The ordering of tooling & printing plates
Person Specification – Customer Account Executive
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA (demonstrate on application form)
1 Strong customer facing communication skills.
2 Be a team player who can effectively perform both as part of a team and using your initiative to help colleagues when necessary.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA (demonstrate on application form)
1 2+ years’ experience in similar role
SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE
(tested at interview)
· Flexible approach to working hours
· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work with minimum supervision on own initiative and as part of a team.
· Highly analytical and results drive with good attention to detail.
