Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner

Hours:
- Monday to Friday – 30 hours per week, or
- 4 days per week – approximately 36–38 hours
We are recruiting for a friendly and well-established nursery in Lordswood that is looking for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse or Early Years Practitioner to join its welcoming team.

The role
You will work within either the baby room or toddler room, supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children’s emotional, social, physical and educational development
- Completing observations and contributing to children’s development records
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, caring and stimulating environment
- Supporting children with personal care and daily routines where required
Requirements
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
- A valid and in-date Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Previous nursery or early years experience
- Strong communication and observation skills
- A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
