Warehouse Operative
Location: Burrowbridge, Somerset
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.15am - 6pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)
Requirement: Own transport required due to rural location.
We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative with previous factory or warehouse experience to join a supportive logistics team in Burrowbridge.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Picking customer orders accurately to meet daily dispatch targets.
- Packing and preparing finished goods safely and securely for transit.
- Unloading incoming deliveries and efficiently managing the goods-in area.
- Replenishing stock levels and handling load consolidation across the site.
- Shredding cardboard and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
- Following standard safety guidelines while handling goods and equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience working comfortably in a factory or warehouse environment.
- Independent transport to commute reliably to the rural Burrowbridge site.
- Excellent attention to detail when picking, packing, and managing stock.
- Punctual, hardworking, and able to work well in a team-focused environment.
- Strong willingness to learn and commit to a long-term career role.
