We are looking for enthusiastic competent bar staff for a very busy Pub & Restaurant. Experience is preferable but training can be given to the right person. You will be invited to trial shifts if your application and interview is successful.
Job Description in general but not limited to...
· To meet and greet all customers by being polite and friendly at all times.
· To respond positively to customer requests.
· To deal with customer complaints with professionalism and consideration or to pass them to the relevant superior when necessary.
· To assist the managers/supervisor/shift leaders with all tasks as requested.
· To help take the responsibility for all general Health & Safety measures and ensure all legal and company requirements are adhered to.
· To maintain good working relationships with all departments through good communication.
· To be responsible for ensuring that equipment and stock levels are as they should be at opening and throughout the shift.
· To handle all equipment carefully and to follow the company’s cleaning protocol this is to include the bar, Restaurant and cellar areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 39 per week
