Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time efficiently during busy hours to serve guests promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure a positive dining experience at all times
Experience
- Proven hospitality or restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in serving beverages and food with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Culinary experience or background in kitchen operations is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining quality service
