For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Waiter who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and genuine hospitality.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
- Deliver intuitive, personalized and attentive service throughout the guest dining journey.

Build genuine guest relationships and create memorable dining experiences through exceptional hospitality.

Provide expert recommendations on food and beverage offerings, confidently enhancing the guest experience.

Maintain the highest luxury service standards and represent the values of the Colbert Collection.

Work closely with the Kitchen, Bar and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.

Support revenue growth through thoughtful upselling and product knowledge.

Ensure impeccable presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the restaurant.

Follow all hygiene, health & safety and operational standards.
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Server or Food & Beverage Assistant within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant or premium hospitality environment.
