Electrician / Electrician’s Mate – Temporary Project
Location: School project
Duration: Approximately 3–4 weeks
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Job Type: Temporary contract
We are looking for an experienced Electrician or Electrician’s Mate to join our team on a short-term project at a school.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out electrical installation and associated works on site
* Assisting with first and second fix electrical works
* Installing and connecting electrical equipment, accessories and containment
* Working alongside other trades and following site instructions
* Keeping the work area clean, safe and organised
* Following all relevant health & safety procedures and site requirements
Requirements
Electrician:
* Relevant electrical qualifications and experience
* Previous experience working on construction or commercial projects
* Good understanding of electrical installation and site safety
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Electrician’s Mate:
* Previous experience assisting electricians on construction sites preferred
* Basic understanding of electrical work and site safety
* CSCS/ECS card where required
* Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
Additional Information
* Project duration: 3–4 weeks
* Site: School environment
* Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
* Rate: Competitive, depending on experience and qualifications
* Start: ASAP
