This is a strategic role with a strong focus on organisational development, culture change, workforce transformation, leadership development, and equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Trust's People Strategy and organisational objectives.
