This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Sign Installer to join a growing national operation where quality, leadership, and professionalism are genuinely valued. You’ll take ownership of installations from start to finish, leading small teams on site and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Nationwide travel is required, including regular overnight stays, all fully supported by the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage signage installation projects from planning through to completion
- Supervise, support, and mentor small installation teams on site
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Solve installation challenges in real time with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and contractors
- Travel nationwide as required, including overnight stays during the working week
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in signage installation
- Proven experience leading small teams and making independent site decisions
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong practical ability, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required
Desirable
- SSSTS, IPAF, PASMA, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, or First Aid certifications
- Experience installing illuminated signage and large‑format systems
