MYKA Greek Frozen Yogurt is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Full-Time Supervisor / Key Holder to join our flagship store in the heart of Central London. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Supervisor / Key Holder, you'll support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the business, lead shifts, motivate the team, and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding MYKA experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team during each shift.
- Open and close the store as a Key Holder.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team training.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Manage cash handling, stock control, and daily store procedures.
- Help achieve sales and performance targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or a similar customer-focused environment.
- A confident leader with excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.

Location: MYKA Greek Frozen Yogurt – Flagship Store, St Christopher's Place, Central London.
Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
