The Hollies Medical Practice, Tamworth
Practice Nurse (30 - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Practice Nurse to join our busy team at the Hollies Medical Practice in Tamworth.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. They will support the delivery of the following services to patients and have existing experience working in primary care:
- Providing general advice regarding health care and minor ailments
- Chronic disease and management of long term conditions, such as asthma, COPD and Diabetes
- Immunisations
- Cytology
- Cryotherapy
- Spirometry
- Venepuncture
The practice uses EMIS Web, and although experience in using this system is desirable training will be provided.
Applicants must hold a current NMC registration and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
