The King's School Canterbury is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to drive our Learning and Development strategy, helping to develop, inspire and support more than 1,000 staff across our family of schools. Reporting to the Director of HR, you'll design and deliver engaging management development programmes, oversee mandatory training and compliance, and champion continuing professional development that enables colleagues to thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced L&D professional with excellent facilitation and coaching skills, strong stakeholder management experience and a passion for developing leadership capability.
