About the Role
Lewis Home Renovations is looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team. We specialise in high-quality residential renovations, delivering kitchens, bathrooms, home refurbishments, structural alterations and extensions across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working as part of a professional team delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of building and renovation works to a high standard.
- Complete first and second fix carpentry where required.
- Undertake basic plumbing, tiling, decorating, plaster repairs and general building works.
- Install kitchens, bathrooms and internal fixtures.
- Complete snagging works and finishing details to an exceptional standard.
- Work from drawings and specifications where required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Ensure all work complies with current Building Regulations and health & safety requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson within residential renovations.
- Competent across a range of construction trades.
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Own reliable vehicle suitable for travelling between sites.
- Own hand and power tools required to carry out day-to-day works.
- Right to work in the UK.
