Responsibilities
- Collect, load, and deliver parcels safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all parcels are scanned and delivered accurately using company devices or delivery applications.
- Handle parcels with care to prevent damage during transportation.
- Maintain excellent customer service during collections and deliveries.
- Follow all road traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding delivery updates or issues.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate entitlement to drive.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Previous delivery driving or courier experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good knowledge of UK road regulations and safe driving practices.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily delivery schedules.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move parcels safely.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
