Telephone Fundraiser – Holywood, Co. Down
We're looking for new people to join our fundraising team in Holywood, Co. Down.
At Rapport Fundraising, we work on behalf of a range of Irish charities, speaking with new and existing supporters over the phone. The role involves thanking people for their support, updating their details where needed, and asking if they'd like to continue or increase their donations.
About the Role
This is a telephone-based role where you'll spend most of your day speaking to charity supporters. Some conversations are quick, while others take longer, and not everyone will want to donate. Being friendly, patient and able to communicate clearly is important.
Previous call centre experience isn't essential. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or another role where you've dealt with people, those skills can transfer well. Full training is provided.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

- Part-time: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Part-time: 1:00pm – 5:00pm
