Beauty Therapist

We are a boutique beauty salon in the heart of Hillsborough, committed to providing exceptional customer service, high-quality beauty treatments, massage therapy and carefully selected products.
As a small, friendly team, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, relaxing and enjoyable environment for both our clients and our staff. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist to join our team and grow with us.
The Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing an excellent experience for every client.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Builder Gel training and experience
- A passion for the beauty industry and delivering exceptional client care
- Willingness to undertake further training and develop product knowledge
- A friendly, professional and positive approach
- Ability to support the salon reception when required, including:
- Answering calls and responding to messages
- Rebooking clients
- Taking payments
- Providing a welcoming experience for clients
Desirable Skills
It would be an advantage if you have experience or training in:
- Lash lifts
- Brow lamination
- Makeup application
- Product sales and recommendations
We would also love to hear from someone who is:
- Happy to work one late evening per week and Saturdays
- Keen to learn and develop their skills
- A great team player who enjoys working in a close-knit salon environment
