What You Need (Requirements)
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (Must be DfE-approved)
- Genuine experience working within a nursery or childcare setting
- Confident knowledge of the EYFS framework & safeguarding protocols
- A warm, positive, and caring approach to early years education [1]
