Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Stadium General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our sports and entertainment venue. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of stadium management, ensuring a seamless experience for guests, staff, and event organizers. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all operational activities within the stadium, including event logistics, security, maintenance, and guest services.
- Manage a diverse team of staff members across departments, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance standards.
- Oversee hospitality services by ensuring food and beverage operations across the retail and hospitality meet quality standards and guest expectations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests, staff, and performers.
- Collaborate with event organizers to facilitate smooth event execution from setup to teardown.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
Experience
- Proven management experience in large-scale venues such as stadiums, arenas, or similar entertainment facilities.
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, security procedures, and emergency response planning in large venues.
- Experience working with event logistics, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance is highly desirable.
