Responsibilities
- Safely operate a van to complete multiple deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Carry out delivery routes to optimise time and fuel efficiency while adhering to schedules
- Load and unload goods with care
- Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs for all shipments
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws and company policies
Experience
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with multi-drop routes in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in driving and warehouse operations is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Familiarity with GPS navigation tools and POD
- Prior experience in tasks related to warehouse or delivery work is advantageous
Pay: From £100.00 per day
