Job Summary
Ivydene Residential Home is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly team.
As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting our residents to live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible. You will provide person-centred support with day-to-day activities, personal care where required, medication support, meals, appointments and emotional wellbeing.
We are looking for people who are patient, respectful and genuinely want to make a positive difference to the lives of others. Previous experience in care or mental health is desirable, but a caring attitude, willingness to learn and good communication skills are equally important.
