About us
Continue Arcades is a new entertainment venue in Chichester, bringing classic and modern arcade gaming together in a fun, welcoming environment.
We are now building on an existing core team and looking for friendly, reliable people to help create a great experience for everyone who visits.
The role
As an Arcade Associate, you’ll help with the day-to-day running of the venue — supporting customers, keeping the space safe and tidy, and helping make sure everyone has a great time.
This is a customer-facing role suited to someone positive, reliable and comfortable working in a lively environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Serving a range of food and drink
- Helping customers with games and general questions
- Monitoring the arcade floor and keeping areas clean and tidy
- Basic troubleshooting of games (training provided)
- Supporting parties and events
- Assisting with opening and closing tasks
- Helping maintain a safe, clean and well-run venue
What we’re looking for
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Conscientious and hard-working
- Able to work well as part of a small team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer environment
- Must be eligible to work in a role involving alcohol service
Previous hospitality, retail or entertainment experience is helpful but not essential — personality and attitude matter most!
Hours & pay
- Part-time hours
- Flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends)
- Pay from £10.85 per hour
