Provide person-centered, individualised support to a diverse group of women at the St Giles Cymru BOOST hub.
Support in planning and delivering sessions suitable for participants. Including training and coaching sessions that will benefit their development.
Obtain additional support if needed for participants to help them progress effectively e.g. via referral to other agencies.
Support with the identification and selection of suitable participants.
Maintain timely and accurate records of all interventions, including support plans and complete all project monitoring and reporting as required of your role.
Work with the wider hub team and our partner organisations to provide flexible and holistic support to participants. Reviewing their progress regularly.
Ensure safeguarding and professional boundaries are adhered to at all times in line with St Giles policies and procedures.
Work in accordance with the Trust’s code of conduct at all times.
Ensuring that confidentiality and security of information is maintained in accordance with our Confidentiality, Data Protection, IT and Security policies. Promoting sustainable working practices and reducing the environmental impact of St Giles work.
