Rotherham Doncaster and South Humberside NHS Foundation Trust have successfully been delivering Mental Health Support Teams (With Me in Mind) in Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire schools and colleges since 2019. North Lincolnshire has continued to expand the service implementing ‘New Ways of Working’ within the local area. This project is underpinned by national strategies and initiatives for transforming children and young people’s mental health.
We now have three established Mental Health Support Team working across the majority of education settings in North Lincolnshire. We have an exciting band 6 opportunity within our North Lincolnshire team for a further Senior Mental Health Support Team Practitioner. We are looking to recruit a practitioner who is enthusiastic, kind, compassionate and resilient. We seek practitioners from multi-disciplinary backgrounds with a core profession such as social work, mental health nursing, or learning disability nursing with wide breath of mental health knowledge and experience.
Practitioners will work in both educational and health settings within North Lincolnshire to support the implementation of the MHST model. The successful candidates will integrate into our already well-established mental health support team and compliment the early intervention offer within our local areas.
