About the Role
Due to our continued growth, Supported Living Solutions (NW) Ltd is seeking a passionate Community Support Worker to join our team based in Bolton. This role is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with Autism Spectrum Condition, supporting them both at home and within the community.
Your role will involve helping service users with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication support, attending appointments, and maintaining accurate records. You will also support engagement in community activities and support social connections with family and friends.
Location, Hours & Pay
- Location: Bolton & surrounding areas (BL6)
- Hours: 16 hours per week over 2 days (rota includes Monday–Sunday; between the hours of 07:00am–22:00pm; overtime available). Flexibility in working patterns is an expectation to ensure we can always deliver the right level of support.
- Salary: £13.50 per hour (dependent on skills and experience)

About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate, with the ability to build positive relationships and adapt communication to individual needs. Experience in supporting people with disabilities with a solid understanding of their rights and needs will ensure success in this role.
Key qualities and qualifications include:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Resilience and ability to manage challenging behaviours with care and consistency
· Willingness to work flexible hours as part of a multi-disciplinary team
· Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or commitment to start the qualification)
· Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
