Delivery Solutions (DELSOL) Ltd – proud winners of West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year 2025 – are growing, and we’re looking for an experienced credit controller /accounts administrator.
Primary Duties:
Ensuring that credit control is managed effectively by contacting customers by both telephone and email
Processing bank receipts daily
Completing the bank reconciliation and sales ledger reconciliations daily
Issuing monthly statements, resending invoices when requested
Offering and onboarding customers on to direct debit
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers as well as internal departments
Monthly debtor meetings reporting to upper management any potential issues
Supporting the wider finance team as and when required
Hour of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
Experience • Experience in an accounts receivable position • Experience with Sage 50 desirable • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word • Proven attention to detail skills Person Specification • Excellent time management and organisational skills • Strong customer service skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable but not essential • Able to take initiative and solve problems • Works well under pressure • To be self-driven and wanting to succeed with drive and enthusiasm • Team player
