Ground Maintenance Operative and Driver
We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance operative and driver/supervisor to join our successful grounds maintenance team. We are looking for someone dynamic and pro-active; we can anticipate this role growing as our business continues to develop in volume of work, customer base, and areas of industry in which we work in.
Penn’s G M Ltd specialise in commercial grounds maintenance and require an individual with a full UK driving Licence as we cover various areas within Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and West Midlands. Our ideal candidates will have an attention to detail, pro-active mindset, and pride in their work. With the ability to supervise team member’s duties and performances and communicate well with team members and clients. Experience is preffered but training provided.
PA1 and PA6 are preferred but not essential.
Day to day duties will include attending various sites with your team to complete work as per specifications to a high standard; mainly ride-on grass cutting, pedestrian grass cutting, strimming, weed spraying, hedge trimming, leaf collection, sports pitch line marking, and litter picking.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is a keen grounds maintenance operative but is looking for an environment to learn and develop further as an individual in the industry.

Schedule: 7.30am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri (reduce hours during winter period – salary not effected)
Salary: 24,000 – 28,000 (based on experience)
