Front of House Staff (Waiting & Bar Staff)

Venue: New Restaurant & Cocktail Bar – Small Plates / Tapas Concept
We are excited to be opening a new luxury restaurant and cocktail bar in Liverpool city centre, offering a vibrant small plates / tapas-style dining experience alongside high-quality cocktails and a premium customer atmosphere.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Front of House team members, including Waiting Staff and Bar Staff, to join our opening team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new venue from the beginning and help shape an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Waiting Staff
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive table service
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure guests have a fantastic dining experience from arrival to departure
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Bar Staff
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with stock control and bar preparation
- Deliver a premium cocktail bar experience
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
