Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Assist in planning and executing breakfast menus that appeal to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area
- Manage food preparation stations efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of orders during busy service periods
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and serving processes for smooth operation
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and assist with inventory management to minimize waste
- Support the serving staff by providing freshly prepared dishes promptly and accurately
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar position is highly desirable
- Excellent understanding of kitchen equipment and food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
