We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our technical delivery team. This is a mid-level role for someone who enjoys understanding customer requirements, solving technical challenges, and translating business needs into effective technology solutions.
You will work closely with clients, project managers, software developers, and infrastructure specialists to support solution design, implementation, integration, and ongoing improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design
Review customer requirements and help design technical solutions that meet business, operational, and security needs.
Technical Implementation
Configure, deploy, and support software platforms, cloud services, and integrated business systems.
Systems Integration
Assist with connecting applications, databases, APIs, identity platforms, and third-party services.
Technical Troubleshooting
Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and provide practical resolutions within agreed service timelines.
Client Collaboration
Work directly with customers to understand their requirements, explain technical options, and support successful project delivery.
Testing and Validation
Carry out system testing, integration testing, and technical validation before solutions are released into live environments.
Documentation
Prepare solution designs, configuration records, implementation guides, support procedures, and technical reports.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend improvements to system performance, reliability, automation, documentation, and delivery processes.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, systems integration, technical consulting, software implementation, infrastructure support, or a related technology role.
Technical Knowledge
Good understanding of cloud services, APIs, databases, enterprise software, networking fundamentals, identity management, and system integration methods.
Problem Solving
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Communication
Confident in explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Organisation
Able to manage multiple technical tasks, client requirements, deadlines, and project documentation.
Education
A degree, diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, SQL, REST APIs, PowerShell, CRM platforms, ERP systems, or automation tools would be advantageous.
Pay: £56,265.00-£60,000.00 per year
