The Role
Please note: This is not a junior position. We are looking for a highly skilled, dedicated, and experienced Automotive Detailer who is ready to step up and help drive our business forward.
We need a responsible, reliable professional who takes immense pride in their work and is driven by the satisfaction of producing a flawless finish. You will be handling high-end vehicles, working to demanding timelines, and expected to put the effort in to consistently deliver unparalleled quality.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in professional automotive detailing, with at least 3 years of commercial experience highly preferred. Your skill set must clearly include:
- Elite Paint Correction: High-level proficiency in modern paint correction and machine polishing techniques to safely remove defects and achieve a flawless, mirror-like finish.
- Premium Ceramic Coatings: Extensive, hands-on experience in the meticulous preparation and application of high-end Ceramic Coatings. Experience with top-tier brands such as Gtechniq, Gyeon, CarPro, Modesta, or similar is required as a minimum.
- Safe Wash & Decontamination: Expert knowledge of safe washing procedures, alongside thorough clay and chemical decontamination processes.
- Efficiency & Time Management: The ability to manage your bay efficiently, completing rigorous detailing packages within agreed timescales without ever compromising on quality.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth teamwork and clear updates to management.
Desirable Skills (Highly Advantageous)
- Experience in the preparation and application of Paint Protection Film (PPF).
- Experience with rotary polishing machines.
