- Handle transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling.
- Provide assistance over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Experience
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is advantageous for communicating with a diverse customer base.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in sales with the ability to engage customers through effective communication techniques.
