Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in Early Years age group
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualised care and support to meet the unique needs of each child
- Foster positive relationships with children, families and colleauges
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and families
- To support children's learning and development
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress and any incidents or accidents
Requirements
- Full and relevant qualification
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practice in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.75 per hour

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
