Are you an experienced Production Supervisor in the Print & Package Manufacturing industry?
We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead and oversee our production team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards. This is not a training role - previous experience as a Production Team Leader is essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead and supervise production operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Maintain high-quality standards in carton and tray packaging.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and food safety standards.
- Motivate and manage a team of production staff.
- Optimise processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train and develop staff for improved performance.
- Enforce health & safety regulations.
- Solve operational challenges.
- Monitor inventory levels, optimise material usage, and maintain accurate production documentation
- Coordinate all deliveries in and out of the premises, including scheduling, receiving goods, dispatch preparation, and maintaining delivery records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality assurance standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
