Job Overview
We are currently hiring for a Barista to join our team at The Den. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, has experience maintaining and operating a coffee machine and has excellent customer service.
The tome is full time, 40 hours a week with a fixed rota of 8am-4pm, Wednesday-Sunday. when demand increases. You would be expected to be able to dial in, be responsible for the upkeep of the machine, grinder etc, work with our coffee partner Fire & Flow and train new staff when needed, though largely you would be operating the machine solo with other staff members helping as and when needed.
