Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a smooth operation at the bar. Your role will involve preparing drinks, engaging with customers, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring that all culinary tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, including ordering supplies when necessary.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
