We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic live-in carer/support worker to provide support to a young male, helping him live an active, independent, and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day support with daily living activities as required.
- Encouraging independence and supporting personal goals.
- Accompanying and transporting the individual to appointments, activities, and social outings.
- Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks.
- Supporting participation in hobbies, leisure activities, and community events.
- Maintaining accurate records where required.
- Promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and confident driving ability.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous care or support work experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
