Showroom Sales Consultant
Location: NG19
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (Tuesday and Sunday off)
Pay: Starting salary £13.00–£14.50 per hour, depending on experience

We are a well-established, family-run bathroom and hot tub business looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our friendly team.
Whether you have previous showroom sales experience or a strong retail background with a practical, hands-on approach, we will provide the training and support needed to develop your product knowledge and help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide exceptional customer service.
- Advise customers on bathrooms, hot tubs and related products.
- Prepare quotations and assist with product selection, layouts and designs.
- Manage customer enquiries and follow up quotations.
- Process invoices and customer payments.
- Liaise with suppliers, installers and fitting teams.
- Answer telephone enquiries and respond professionally to customer questions.
- Carry out stock checks and assist with maintaining showroom displays.
- Help unload deliveries and organise incoming stock.
- Carry out basic DIY tasks around the showroom, including installing wall panels, laying flooring and hanging mirrors.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Directors or Management Team.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Enjoys building relationships with customers.
- Is organised, reliable and able to manage their own workload.
- Has practical DIY skills and is happy with hands-on tasks.
- Can work confidently in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in bathroom, kitchen, home improvement or retail sales is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours
- Monday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
- Thursday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:30am – 4:00pm
Tuesday and Sunday are your regular days off.
