Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Manager to lead the management and maintenance of our residential or commercial properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure property safety, and enhance tenant satisfaction. As a Property Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and staff, driving operational excellence with a proactive and positive approach. Your leadership will ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and optimized for value.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including mechanical repairs, electrical work, and system upgrades using schematics and technical knowledge
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining high standards of quality
- Manage property budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions for repairs and upgrades
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor property conditions, safety protocols, and adherence to building codes
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues when necessary
- Lead project management efforts for renovations or improvements, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and coordinating projects
- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience to handle maintenance issues effectively
- Familiarity with schematics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in building systems or equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment
- Strong organizational skills with experience in project management and operational planning
- Supervising experience in property or facilities management is preferred
- Fluency in English is required for clear communication across teams and stakeholders
