QC/Valet/Workshop Control Support

Job Description:
GRM Bodycraft Limited is one of Scotland’s leading vehicle accident repair groups and is excited to have a unique opportunity for someone to join us as part of our end of process team in Edinburgh. This person will be looking after quality control checks, final process organisation and providing valet support for full time valet staff during busy periods.
This person will be responsible for the final presentation of vehicles after the repair stage ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard
- Liaise with workshop control and site manager to ensure that all processes required are completed pre delivery.
- Oversee valet and yard staff to ensure that the business is kept clean and tidy.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the valeting area and general housekeeping.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the motor trade is beneficial but a can-do attitude and willingness to learn is more important.
- Ability to drive and park vehicles safely with a full clean UK license is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Due to the nature of the job you will need to have a full UK/EU Driving Licence.

- Edinburgh, EH7 6UL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Motor trade – mechanic/panel tech/paint tech/valet background would be beneficial but applicants with relevant experience and transferable skill sets will still be considered.
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
